On November 28, 2023, my ********************************** system alerts and went into limp mode. I called the extended warranty company the following morning as I purchased it from Stivers the day I purchased my new vehicle. The extended warranty company told me that the 4 year, ******* mile warranty I purchased had expired 6 months ago. I was sure there had to be a mistake, so I called Stivers and asked to speak to the finance manager. This is a follow up review for a problem with my f150. I took my 2013 f150 in for an oil change to Stivers. After a week with no warning lights or anything on the dash the engine started knocking heavily. I posted a review in December when it happened and they reached out on that review. I gave them every service record they needed and they were going to review them to see if it was their mess up. They wanted service records from the last time they touched it till now. Each service record going 9,000 miles.(oil service light... read more

We reached out to address your concern in December of 2022 on your 2013 F150 with 217,000 miles. We requested documentation to provide to our garage liability carrier. We didnt hear back from you on a consistent basis. Eventually you were unable to produce the original receipt from the service center that looked at your vehicle after your service visit here in December. Without actual documentation, instead of the one assembled 6 months after the service visit, our insurance carrier would not consider a claim. Catastrophic e... read more

Don't buy from Stivers! Save yourself the headaches and time. My wife bought ***** certified" used 2019 Escape from them last fall. She took it in today because of a strange vibration/sound and they're telling her that all 4 tires are suddenly bad and now they're saying that we are on the hook for tires. "It must be the terrain you're driving on" She drives on paved surfaces other than 2 blocks of gravelled streets every day. This vehicle was purchased in Nov 2021 with approximately ***** miles. It is **** Certified PreOwned. Before selling the vehicle, we installed 4 brand new tires on October 25, 2021. We sold a vehicle with brand new tires. 4 months and **** miles later, the tires are cupped and the right rear tire has a flat spot. We can only speculate as to the cause. Tires are a wear item that are the responsiblity of the owner of the vehicle.

Purchased used 2021 F-150 pickup from the dealership on 11/30/2021. Was originally told this vehicle was **** Certified. When i went to sign the papers i again asked about the certification and the Salesman told it was not which i told him i bought this vehicle because of the extra warranty. The Salesman told me he would take care of it! He now told me i had to talk to management rather than handle it. Management sticks their head in the sand so here i am with no certification and to add salt to the wound i received no ****p... read more

We bought 2 cars from Stivers couple months apart from Dalton who is a manager. My van was a certified used vehicle with warranty, my windshield came loose all the way around the top and sides was flopping around, leaking water very unsafe! Stivers refused to fix it saying it was a cosmetic issue wasn't cracked or anything all the glue failed just absolutely ridiculous! Then my moms Jeep we bought a month later the AC stopped working, took it in all they did was fill it back up didn't find a leak or try to fix it. Fast forwa... read more

Thank you for purchasing two vehicles from us. The first was a Jeep in August of 2020 and came with a 90 day, 3000 mile warranty. The Jeep was brought back to us in October for A/C not cold with 42,000 miles. We installed dye and rechecked in November 2020 and found no dye leak. We have not seen the vehicle in almost one year. WE understand that it now has 80,000 miles. One of several reviews I will leave on multiple websites about my poor service from Josh ******** I had stopped in to look at a used vehicle and it was in service. I asked to start it and was told I couldn't do that or drive it until service was done. I was also told by Josh that I would be first on the list for this vehicle once service was completed. We let Mr ***** know the availability of the vehicle. We kept him informed that other customers were looking at the vehicle. There was no deposit from any customer on the vehicle. Another customer came to our location and purchased the vehicle. The salesperson informed Mr ***** that another customer had purchased the vehicle, as a courtesy to prevent Mr ***** from making an unnecessary trip.
