Looks like I'm not the only one upset with this outfit... Made the mistake of buying a service deal with them - service department constantly lied to me about the services they said I needed. Double checked with a reliable repair shop - discovered Stivers was lying. So I got with their finance person Zena Surafa, and we completed the paperwork to credit me back the unused portion of my service warranty. That was in April. We're almost into July and NO REFUND YET. Will never deal with this bunch again.

STIVERS HYUNDAI are BULLIES!!! I WENT TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE AND THE FINANCE MANAGER ZAYNAB S****** SIGNED AND SUBMITTED THE CONTRACT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND FAILED TO GO OVER THE DETAILS OF THE FINAL CONTACT. IT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING THE CONTRACT WOULD BE SIGNED AND COMPLETED THE NEXT DAY WHEN I BRING MY OLD REGISTRATION TO TRANSFER THE OLD TAG TO THE NEW VEHICLE. Took my car in for engine problems, they told me there was a recall about some unders body spray because the car came from up North when I refuse to let them put a new engine in my car for $8,000 plus tax they didn't even have the common decency to do the warranty work and now will not respond to any of my messages ! Said the engine was seized up which is funny because I can crank it up and drive it ! I will never be going back to that dealership !

This has been an absolute nightmare! My car was brought here in early April due to visible overheating. They told me it was due to a leak in hoses to which I paid $400+ to have replaced. I pick the car up, and less than 2 days after, I'm left stranded due to car overheating and engine seizing up. I had the car towed there on April 11th to which it's still there as of this writing. To understand what a poorly run business Stivers Hyundai is just read the reviews and complaints. I bought a car for my daughter on CarGuru's and unfortunately for me stivers had the car that my daughter wanted. Overall the sales process was professional, and the sales rep Mathew was very helpful. As another review stated the only bright spot at Stivers is the sales people. Please, please, please, do not buy a car for these guys. They are like the car dealers in the movies. They are SALES men. I don't mind a salesperson doing their job, even doing a really good job but to take your trust and turn it into screwing the customer is where I draw the line.
