Austen B. and his team were top notch. My car broke down Wednesday evening at 5. I had it towed to the service center. I checked in with the team and they explained the diagnostic price right up front. I am not local to DSM, so having upfront communication and trust was paramount. They exceeded my expectations in both categories, consistently going above and beyond to let me know what the issue was, the work being done, and coordinating an after hours pick up. 10/10 service from start to finish.
Getting engine and transmission work done they are a great company but they lack on keeping you up to date on things.
We had a radiator hose blow on the interstate while pulling a camper we had just bought. Of course it had to happen on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend! Stivers Ford in West Des Moines, was the closest Ford dealership, so we had the car towed there and the camper towed to our hotel. On Tuesday morning, I was at the dealership when they opened. Took our F350 dually in for some recall work. Took a little longer than expected but got it done same day. Couldn't pick it up until the next day. Asked if it could be kept inside over night. They left the truck inside overnight. Greatly appreciated that. During whole process they kept us informed. Great job guys!
Broke down on I-35 6.0 truck and trailer. They were real responsive, up front and easy to work with. As helpful as could be. Addressed all my concerns. If there was a place to break down with a turbo diesel this was it.
