Stivers service has never had good communication. Emails have not been returned. Contact requests on their website have been ignored. Services reps have said they'd "check and get back to me" and then never call back. This week's service experience was particularly bad. I had one software update required for my Lincoln (a recall). The girl that checked me in said "this one shouldn't take too long." I was at the dealership for 6 hours. Austen B. and his team were top notch. My car broke down Wednesday evening at 5. I had it towed to the service center. I checked in with the team and they explained the diagnostic price right up front. I am not local to DSM, so having upfront communication and trust was paramount. They exceeded my expectations in both categories, consistently going above and beyond to let me know what the issue was, the work being done, and coordinating an after hours pick up. 10/10 service from start to finish.
