Communication was very poor. They had my vehicle all day with no updates. I had to call in 3 times over the course of 2 hours to get any response. I was told the repair would take a few hours, and yet it took 2 full days. Additionally, they refused to waive the diagnostic fee to look at my check engine light, even though that only came on immediately after previous service they had completed on my vehicle a few weeks ago.
Don in the service department is fantastic. We came in with unusual tire wear on our 2014 Ford Explorer, and he took the time to diagnose the exact cause — at no charge. He explained what was happening, showed us what needed to be fixed, and didn’t try to upsell anything. Just honest, straightforward help. It’s rare to find a manager who’s this knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping customers. Highly recommend Don and the team at Stivers Service Tires.
Stivers mobile service is the way to go. And I really love the time frame and the professionalism of Phoenix. He did an awesome job and no oil spill on the driveway for the oil change. Is a % efficiency.
My vans alternator went out suddenly and I was able to call Stivers and get it repaired and on the road in under 2 days! They were very thorough in their inspection and was upfront of general costs and what needed to be done
Stivers service has never had good communication. Emails have not been returned. Contact requests on their website have been ignored. Services reps have said they'd "check and get back to me" and then never call back. This week's service experience was particularly bad. I had one software update required for my Lincoln (a recall). The girl that checked me in said "this one shouldn't take too long." I was at the dealership for 6 hours.
