I've had one sales experience here, on the Lincoln side. It was decent, but it was also easy: a factory order at MSRP with no financing. I've had many service visits here since 2019, for both Ford and Lincoln vehicles. The service is mediocre. Poor communication is the main issue. Over that time, I've had emails not returned, voicemails not returned, website chat requests not returned. I inquired about a vehicle. Was contacted by Miles. After I looked at the Carfax and determined it had major mechanical work done to it and it was not a vehicle that I was interested in. I told Him that routine maintenance is fine, but major work is not. He proceeded to tell me “I mean if you’re looking for a Carfax with no maintenance listed you probably should just go buy a new truck with nothing on the Carfax.” I have never had a salesman be so condescending after being told I was not interested in the vehicle. I worked with a great salesperson today (Nic) and expected to buy a 2026 Maverick. When I presented a $500 credit that was printed from their website, the sales manager refused it. He said that once an offer was made, they would not accept the credit. This was rather maddening because in most peoples' minds, a negotiation starts once an offer is made. I passed on what was a very good deal because the sales manager was disingenuous.
