I was forced to purchase GAP and extended warranty to proceed with purchase. Dealer just made me jump through hoops to cancel those products. They were careful to tell me it was not tied to the financing but they would not proceed with the deal if I didn’t accept products. I told them I would do it and turn around and cancel and they told me that was fine. I waited a week and have cancelled both products. Just crazy they make customers go through such hassles.

Worst experience i have had in 50 years of buying cars. Would not recommend. SUV was advertised wrong and ended up costing me $6000 more than advertised price. Finance people also required additional money to get financing approved even though I had 830 credit score. Then I was told my wife name could not go on the title because she was in the hospital and ould not be there in person. No one there was really interested in my business except the salesman who came in on his day off to work with me.my

Quick solution to a simple problem. Treated like I owned the place. In for the Works package and David, John and the service tech were all timely! Most recently, had a damp spot on a part. They took a picture and shared with the service side for an inspection to find the cause. The picture saved time, the diagnosis was fast and repair covered under Ford extended ended warranty. In and out, fixed for just the deductible. Stivers Ford to the rescue again.
