My wife and I were very disappointed with our experience. Ava and Adam were great and super helpful but the sales manager Brian was condescending to my wife. We spent about two weeks researching the car across multiple platforms, we suggested a lower end price and he asked my wife if she made that price up in her head, instead of asking to see our sources.
