Got a car from this dealership and just screw over. Now I have a car that stop driving while being on the road. Supposedly my car was certified. they say there cars a safely but they are not. Probably the car I’m going to die in.
I bought a pre-owned vehicle two weeks ago with the “as is” warrant. Since I’ve gotten the vehicle the back up camera quit working, ac and heat are both always on if one is on, and yesterday the fuel engine light came on. I called the dealership and they said it’s sold as is and there is nothing they would do about it. I haven’t even gotten the plates in the mail yet and have had all these problems. Avoid this place. Had to get a car in a hurry, Cristian Reyes helped make that happen! Not the best credit and they were still able to get me into my dream van and didn’t overcharge me for the vehicle! Even filled up the gas tank for us! Will definitely be a repeat customer!
I purchased a 2023 Kia Sorento from Stivers Ford Lincoln in early May. Within a few days of taking possession of the vehicle, I noticed a significant oil leak. When I contacted Stivers, they directed me to Kia because the vehicle is still covered under the factory warranty, which I understood.
