I had a great experience, Cristian came up to help us as soon as he could and was very informative and genuine, was not overly pushy and made us feel like we could really consider our options and be confident before purchasing. I scheduled for a Ford recall.i arrived only to wait 20 minutes to be told I may have to pay for the diagnostics and even more repairs if they found anything else with a recalled Tailgate. I am not happy. I have also had a ticking sound since purchase. I've had it in like 5 times. They finally admitted hearing it on a test drive.They replaced Deferentials or something only to find it's still doing the same thing. I am not happy!
