Stitch staff were awesome! From the phone call and all the way through! Allie at the front, Ashley in back, and Dr Deaton... Very kind, caring, and attentive. I live in East County, and I was in a pinch! My service dog was attacked by another dog. There were no emergency vets available near me, so a friend recommended Stitch Veterinary Hospital. I called and was relieved to be told that they would see her. It was a 30 minute drive that I will be willing to make again if needed! Thank you to the caring staff!
My dog Lilith was attacked by another dog who almost tore her ear off. I arrived at Stitch in a panic and with a bleeding hand. The woman at the front desk showed so much concern and empathy for us both. They immediately took Lilith in for surgery, calmed me down, and advised me to take care of my wounds while my baby was in surgery. I was so stressed because I didn’t have enough of a credit card limit on one of my cards but they kindly let me split it between both.
