Dropped shirts off to be embroidered, paid in advance, was told they would be ready on Thursday/Friday. Stopped by on Thursday to check on the shirts and was told it would take FIVE DAYS to "digitize" the logo that we sent them.... in digital format. Never going there again.
Very disappointed with their service. We paid over $200 for the Letterman's jacket patches from United High school and haven't been ready in months. it's my grandson's senior year and we want our money back or the patches.
We still have not gotten our uniform situation resolved (it has been over 6 weeks) and the owner refuses to speak to any one of the parents. They ruined our girls uniform tops by burning them!

Very poor and unprofessional service. They burned all the tops to my daughters high school cheerleading squad. The burns are clearly visible and they kept going and going til they finished all 40 tops. After addressing the issue with clear burn marks, they do not want to pay for the new tops which is gonna cost about $4000. After a couple tops they could’ve stopped and notified the cheer team but they decided to keep going.
I placed a order 5 moths ago and still have not gotten anything , bad customer service and no one ever knows anything there . I should have listened when they told me not to order from there .
Stitch N Print is the Best Embroidery place in Laredo! Excellent service! Very friendly and Courteous! They do excellent work on any project you desire! Don't forget to stop by soon!
The customer service is bad horrible service i tried to make a order I couldnt even do that I was poorly tended to...
