This is a great little shop. They framed a cross stitch piece I completed for my daughter and they did a beautiful job. The ladies were so friendly and helpful.
Went in for first time today and the staff was very friendly. I am new to cross stitching and found a cute beginners project. I am looking forward to getting better at it and going back for my second project.
The ladies in he shop are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! One stop shopping. So lucky to have this treasure within driving distance (2.5 hours). Beautiful framing, as well.
I placed an order on 2/8 for 4 items (fabric, 2 thread, and a project bag); I received an email 2/9 that said fabric/fibers had to be ordered and it would take approx. 3 weeks for them to arrive [sent out asap after that]. It has now been almost SEVEN WEEKS with absolutely ZERO communication from your shop, except for when I used the check status function for an update at the beginning of March where I was told "the fabric is due any day now".
