Great Space but not a Weekend Spot – This place is probably great during the week after work, but not the weekend. The place is huge, the music was good, but the bouncers are totally in your face and the service is not good. I had a planned a pre-wedding party there with 50 friends and the experience was horrible. Not only did the over-protective bouncers kick a friend of mine out, but they had no idea we were coming and were quite unhelpful about helping us with our reservation that had been booked weeks earlier. Packed!! – Showed up for a few cocktails with friends after work, place was cranking...at 5:30?!? Great service, fun crowd, incredible space, this close to Penn Station. Only complaint was the older (40-50's) dudes perched at the bar oogling the ladies. C'mon guys, enough!!!
Could it be? The garment center is truly Manhattan's next hot spot, and this place is blazing the trail!! Who knew then tuna in Midtown was this good, and the food is great too! Great after work spot, and don't be surprised when you loose track of time and stay until the action kicks off later on. Finally!!!! – Got to this new spot the other night...... it's about time someone decided to put in a great spot in that neighborhood. Tunes were great, space is off the hook, plasma screens perfect for pre game knicks show, and perfect distance for pre garden venue. Upstairs had a great lounge feel to it for drinks/apps. Definitely heading back to Stitch soon.
