Took my BFF to dinner there for her birthday! Service was great with the exception of there was a charge on my bill that I didn't order.
I can't tell you how much I I enjoy Stingray's...Great food and service
Food was good, service was slow, crawfish was great, took 1 hour to get food but they said was due to the 5 pounds of crawfish that was ordered, due to taking so long did offer us free desert,
Customer service? Not sure if it was quite there. Took 45 minutes to get food. No sense of professionalism with people dressed randomly serving food and drinks. Food was alright, not the best. Bathroom hallways stunk so ridiculously bad. And they also seem to dilute the soap in the bathroom so much it comes out and smells like water. Bathrooms are disgusting. Service is just about terrible. Expect to wait for you food a good 30 minutes minimum and feel quite awkward sourrounded by a staff that seems like the lowest quality w... read more
Food and customer service is always great, will return
Ate here for lunch on a Friday. Service was very good, the food was delicious and unique and the Crabby Mary was wonderful!
Went there Saturday and didn't care for the service. It took longer than 5min just to get beverages, wasn't asked if we wanted an appetizer (rushing the order), after finally receiving food we didn't get any napkins and when we asked for some, our server sent someone else who just looked like she didn't want to be at work, no smile, no greeting, she just looked at us and put the napkins on the table & walked away. We always have good service and the food is always delicious and right now they have some good crawfish
