I was greeted promptly when I drove up to the facility. The service was performed very quickly and I appreciated the fact the service writer walked me to the cashier and assisted with the whole process. I will be returning to Stingray for future service. Thank You Matt Koops

I am completely satisfied with this dealership. I traded my 2009 Silverado (that I purchased here) for a 2013 about 2 months ago and just purchased the 2013 Tahoe for my wife. Service department took care of my 2009 and I will continue getting my vehicles serviced here.

I chatted online with Caitlin about what I wanted this past week. Showed up on Saturday and was greeted, shown around picked out what I wanted. I was never hassled during the trade in process. Explained where I needed to be on my bottom line figure to the General Manager. I want you to know I am very pleased and I know I will be happy in my new SUV. Thank you for everything.

Stingray Chevrolet has been servicing and any warranty repairs on our Buick Lucerne. The service ALWAYS has been Excellent and Joe Platt is the BEST OF THE BEST in seeing to our needs whether it is in service, parts or sales.

Mike Ward may have been new to Stingray but not to customer relationships. I came in the first week of may looking to trade a 2011 Mazda. I new that I owed more than it was worth and we were unable to make a deal that day. Mike new that I was a serious buyer and stayed in contact with me over the next few weeks until he found the right truck to make things work for everyone. FYI STINGRAY…….IT DOESN’T COUNT IF YOU JUST “LOOK” LIKE YOU ARE TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING, WITHOUT “ACTUALLY” DOING THE RIGHT THING!!!! Update : We were contacted by Brian, used car manager, after my previous review. We were thrilled when he said he wanted to repair the problems with the van. After 2 wks in service it was ready for pick up. However, the locks were still rapidly locking & unlocking for no apparent reason when we took it out of park and at times while driving.
