Had dinner at Stingaree’s for the first time last night. We arrived at 5:30 on a Friday night. Wait time was about 30 minutes so we enjoyed drinks outside by the water until our table was ready. When we were seated we were immediately greeted by our waitress Britney. This young lady is a firecracker! Your waitress can make or break your dining experience and she was attentive, friendly, quick to check on us, and a complete bundle of joy. The food was disappointing. The crab was overcooked and the calamari was tough. This is one of our usual stops, but we'll have to rethink it our next trip. We should have left as soon as we saw that none of the staff had PPE on.
Man the food is wonderful
Good place overall. Food was good. Hour and half wait at 7 pm so we ate in lower part of restaurant was crowded and noisy but the band was good. The long drive and wait for Bolivar Ferry. Next time will go to Monument Inn.
