Loved it. Good service. Quick food.
They will not allow you to eat outside on the patio, even though there’s ample seating. Do not recommend this place at all if your don’t want to catch COVID-19. Their employees don’t wear masks and they have you packed in like sardines. Presumably all the diners are from out of town, probably from Houston, and anyone who gets real sick will go to Houston, where the beds are full. What a bummer because the food is good. I suspect they’ll be closed soon due to illness.
Our fried shrimp was a little on the crispy side but maybe that’s the norm. Glad you had a lift to get me upstairs since I have a bad back.The waitstaff were friendly and very efficient! The strawberry daiquiri was the best I’ve ever had.
Food is excellent! Staff is super nice.
The restaurant advertises as adhering to CDC recommendations regarding COVID-19 best practices but the restaurant was beyond capacity, with tables pressed close up against each other. Bar was full. Not a single staff person was wearing a mask or adhering to any type of social distancing protocol. I tried to order takeaway food and was obviously shunned for wearing a mask. Just left and we are full and happy!! The wait was worth it, food was delicious, and yes, it was crowded but what a Beautiful sight to see people out celebrating Fathers Day and enjoying family! It was almost like the old days!!
