We worked with Jeanne Godschalx and couldn't have gone with a better realtor! She was super helpful, patient, and so kind. She goes above and beyond to explain everything in full detail, which is very helpful for being a first time home owner.
Screwed up the paperwork for my escrow. I had different paperwork than the seller and the two of us had different paperwork than the title company. Would not return my calls and basically dodged me. Lucky the title company helped me get the contact info for the seller or I would have been screwed. Listing agent was poor at best. Got their money and ran! Called to complain and got the run around

RecommendedWe started working with Jeanne Godschalx when we first found out we were expecting and wanting to buy our first home. Jeanne is an amazing woman who worked with us for months and months trying to find a house that fit our needs. After about 50 showings and 7 months, she had not failed us.
