great place to rent. great selection of homes and apartments. I have rented from Stimens off and on for years and have never had any trouble whatsoever! fast response when need repairs and good communication for the most part.
Renting from Stimens was a good experience. Mr. Stimens is a great landlord and the office staff is great. I never had any complaints, during the winter the sidewalks and lot was always cleared in a timely manner. During lease signing, things went smoothly and he even cut us some breaks which is always nice, we had a reduced deposit due to good credit and he did not make us put a pet deposit down for our dog and cat. Property is well kept and at standards for the most part. However, landlord will nickel and dime you to death after you move out. They even charge for light bulbs, burner plates, etc... He sent me a bill 633.00! We called him, thought that was that! 9 months later I get a collection letter! Very underhand landlord and one should beware! Nosey too! Very!!
