Amazing customer service and beautiful flowers. There was a mixup with my order and Jennifer quickly made things right. She even gave me a couple of different options to fix the issue. I highly recommend Stilly Floral for all your floral needs!!
Ordered their “premium” bright and bold arrangement, the most expensive option they had. I knew that the florals would not be the exact same as the AI photo on their website, but I did have an expectation that there would be *at least* one premium focal flower included in the variety of the arrangement (like a rose) and the colors to be bright and bold more like advertised. I ordered from Stilly Florals last year for Mother’s Day since I live out of state, while my mom still lives in our cute hometown. Called all the flower shops in Stillwater today to order a simple flower crown for my daughter’s first communion three weeks out. Stilly floral was the only one took the order or wanted to make an arrangement. They were so nice and polite. So glad I found them.
