Ordered their “premium” bright and bold arrangement, the most expensive option they had. I knew that the florals would not be the exact same as the AI photo on their website, but I did have an expectation that there would be *at least* one premium focal flower included in the variety of the arrangement (like a rose) and the colors to be bright and bold more like advertised.
