Laurie has been a wonderful advocate for me for 10 years.
Aweful. There are more than one address listed on Google. I walked up and down railroad looking for her office. When I called her multiple times to help find it she never answered my calls. When I finally found it searching the second address I walked up to her office. She then gave me a huge attitude for being late and immediately said we wouldn't be a good fit.
