If I could rate 0, I would. Not only did we move into a dirty house that we had to clean ourselves and fill holes in walls, etc, but we put up a privacy fence costing over $1000 AND we thoroughly cleaned AND had professional cleaners come in before we left and they still charged us $500 for cleaning. We left that house in MUCH better shape than we came in to and they still charged us. Absolute bullshit. I've had great work from them, they manage my rental properties as well as handle any maintenance I need in them or in my own home. They handle everything for me when it comes to my rentals. They have been managing most of them since my father was alive, and all of them since I inherited. When he passed on a couple of years ago he left them to me. I've rented from the company for going on six years. I've never had an unfair experience. The grounds are regularly tended to. Maintenance issues are addressed timely and with decency. My daughter left her bike by the bus stop, it went missing, they installed a bike rack to chain bikes to. I've never witnessed or experienced unfair or defamatory treatment. Even when issues arise due to housing codes, they address them with a professional courtesy.

I rented from this company for a short while, but it was a very beautiful home. Everybody in this office has been very kind, and very helpful. 100% as a place to rent from.
