House had a carbon monoxide leak for the first few months living there and only found out after ONG shut our gas off due to it. No hot water for days. Also, when we moved out they charged $35 in LABOR to replace the air filter.

I used the management services for over 14 years for my condo property. Amber and the other staff were efficient, helpful and pleasant to work with. I never had to worry about collecting rent or taking care of repairs. They did it all. I would use them again.

If I could rate 0, I would. Not only did we move into a dirty house that we had to clean ourselves and fill holes in walls, etc, but we put up a privacy fence costing over $1000 AND we thoroughly cleaned AND had professional cleaners come in before we left and they still charged us $500 for cleaning. We left that house in MUCH better shape than we came in to and they still charged us. Absolute bullshit. I've had great work from them, they manage my rental properties as well as handle any maintenance I need in them or in my own home. They handle everything for me when it comes to my rentals. They have been managing most of them since my father was alive, and all of them since I inherited. When he passed on a couple of years ago he left them to me.
