Just bought a 2018 KTM 350SXF and I love it, customer service and everything was great but the guys who built this Bike clearly didn’t have respect for it or didn’t know what the hell they were doing. Every bolt is either rounded off or Stripped inside, spokes weren’t tight at all, and to top it off the rear shock was bolt is rounded off and the whole shock wasn’t even screwed down or tight AT ALL. still love the bike and no issues but they clearly need to learn how to build a Bike.

Drove 450 miles one way to buy 2 machines. Saved THOUSANDS on each machine vs at our local dealership which refused to give any break! Will refer anyone to come there before anywhere. Thanks.
