I’ve always had a good experience with the parts department—friendly and efficient. However, the sales department was disappointing when it came to follow-up. Getting an appraisal on my truck was quick and easy, but when I asked for lease payment information, I was told the manager was in a meeting and that someone would follow up via email with payment option on a Colorado.
