Would like to vouch for Richard, he is absolutely on of the best. His Patience and thorough with the resident is very much appreciated. Stillwater is easy to deal with, from nurse to cna's. I would highly recommend them. You're in good hands with them.
My father was under Stillwater care . They treated and cared for my father professionally and empathetically. They were very caring and loving they helped my father during his transition and our family during a difficult time . They were very personable and I appreciate that. Thank you
My 90-year-old father suffered several strokes and contracted influenza. Doctors said he only had 1-2 days to live. I carried out his final wishes by contracting with Stillwater Hospice. They quickly arranged his move from St. Joseph's hospital to Haven Health Phoenix. They then oversaw his care there. They promptly answered any questions or concerns I had. Disappointed in the receptionist. She seemed too busy to answer my questions. But that hopefully doesn't represent the care. And it also reminded me you only get 1 chance to make a first impression. We can all do better.
This is by far the worst hospice company I've dealt with in AZ. I do not recommend them to care for your loved ones. The CNA/Caregivers are horrible. They do not do their jobs and do not care for the clients properly. They need to reevaluate their employees. They deserve 0 stars. T
