Worked with Erik Johnstone and he was very easy to communicate with and straightforward. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly. Hardest part was trying to find in the time to test drive a few different cars but Erik had them ready to go so I could pop over on my lunch break. Pretty good experience overall buying a used car here.
My husband and I drive from Yukon to Stillwater to look at a specific CRV..Connor was our salesman and he is excellent. Car buying can be stressful but Connor made it much easier! Big thanks to him!
Erik was awesome! He helped with the car buying experience and was very accommodating. The service department for our old car had some inconsistencies in if our issue was covered by extended warranty (it was not). That communication could have been better but they did buy our old broken vehicle for trade in after a few weeks and let us utilize a loaner during this delay.
Had a great experience here. Erik was my salesman and he did a phenomenal job. He was my main contact and let me know when the vehicle I was looking at was ready to test drive and eventually purchase. Erik was the only salesman to greet me outside and ready to help me. He also removed all the previous owners stickers off the vehicle for me.
