Not happy with service dept. I had a great experience when I purchased my 2024 Accord. Nick was great. However, I was supposed to receive 5 free oil changes w my purchase. I took it in last week for my second free oil change. They recommended an air cabin filter, which I approved. Somehow, the free oil change and $20 air cabin filter rang up to $180. On labor day we went to 6th ave Honda and Andrew came out to help us and I'm 70 years old and I have never worked with such an awesome car salesman in my life , Andrew is amazing and he made the buying experience so great that if I buy anymore cars it will be from this dealership and I would like to thank the whole staff for their great willingness to help us out everyone there was so professional.
