It is a ***** fest and a horrible unsafe place to live. The police are there daily. We had loud music and threats from neighbors. We called the police many times. They had a fire there and a shooting. I complained about those people and their habits. And I got billed money by them. I'm fighting it. They are an awful place to rent. Your car and everything is at steak. My insurance company even warned me not to live there. That's why they make you get insurance there.

Living here has been the worst place I have ever stayed at. From not being able to get a hold of the front desk when it is needed, To Screaming and yelling outside of my apartment at 1 in the morning at least a few times a month, To cars being stolen and broken into, as well Management not being understanding nor taking action where and when it is needed. HI, I was renting a an apartment at Stillwater Apartment (2126) in Glendale. When I signed the documents , the contract stated that if you had animals, then you would have to pay for the cleaning of the carpet when leaving. I have a signed copy from one of their employees stating carpet was dirty when I moved in. I cleaned it and kept it nice with the whole apartment. I turned in the keys of the apartment and they gave me a paper that stated that if there was any damages other that wear and tear i would have to pay for. Ther... read more
