This place is horrible . It’s infested with bugs. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. They are thieves and will steal !
If you have an ESA or service animal, they will deny you an apt even with proof. As to their reply... I went in person to talk to them. They told me to my face no. Which is why there is "No record." That's OK. I found another place. Just want to let everybody else know
If possible, this place has gotten even worse since Lanier took over. They never do inspections of the premises, leading to residents being allowed to have trashed out patios . Literally looks worse than public housing . With the trailer park next door that lanier also owns the riff raff is constantly trespassing and break into cars. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
Not a good place for a first time apartment. They ask you for previous records of renting. Waste of time
