If I could give zero stars I would! I would honestly never use this business just from the disrespectful experience over a phone call. I called trying to get in contact with an owner or manager and not once but 3 times was I hung up on. I’m not sure if the lady’s name but it was a lady with an accent answering the phone.
It's not still house heating anymore it's a small convenient store where you can purchase goods from and their is 4 machines that you can play games on and if you win you take a picture of your winning and show the clerk to cash your winnings out...enjoy
Charge you for the visit to diagnose a refrigerator problem the young man can't figure out the problem tells you he'll call back and they never called.
It’s 830pm on a Sunday night and Robert the owner came out to service an HVAC system in harker heights. Very knowledgeable and professional and the unit is cooling again!
