In the beginning, I was a little apprehensive about having a female Life Coach (therapist). But after about the second session I knew Angela was worth sticking with. So kind and compassionate in the way she listens and guides you to think differently. She truly loves to help remove the bad and insert the good in your life. Angela has changed me in so many good ways I could never thank her enough.
Angela has been seeing my child consistently for the last few years and has made a great impact in the daily tasks to help maintain healthy habits as a teenager and learning valuable skills to become a productive member of society with great mental health habits, and learning to set healthy boundaries. Angela teaches real world skills to teens and is fantastic with them.
I cannot recommend my therapist highly enough. From the very first session, she created a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where I felt truly heard and understood.
