I had an amazing Esalen Massage by Emily whom I highly recommend and I couldn’t feel any more relaxed. Next time I will try the salt float as well. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. Still Point Wellness is definitely a must do when visiting Asheville, you will not regret it.
The float was great. The massage was a let down as it was more like a very light touch body rub and didn't provide the expected pain relief and relaxation in specific body areas that were requested.
Floating was incredible, Ashley is awesome! will be back soon!
