Awesome experience with my first float yesterday! I have always been drawn to trying this, and it just came to my mind recently.. I felt multiple layers of tension leaving my spine, my nervous system settling into a deep state of rest and ease. Excited to explore this more! It was like receiving cranio sacral treatment from the element of water itself. LOVE IT!!
