I've required a psychiatrist for the past 10 years of my life I have been through so many different doctos and I can say earnestly this is by far the best office I've ever come across. Dr. Lindsey is kind compassionate and will actually listen to you. 10 out 10 recommend 👌
I've had a professional relationship with Dr. Marcino and all of the providers at Stillpoint for many years. The clinicians here are professional, compassionate, and provide personalized care in a supportive environment. The administrative staff are very welcoming and responsive to clients' needs.
Dr Marcino and the staff at Stillpoint Psychiatry are a joy to work with! The staff members are polite, considerate, and friendly. Dr. Marcino consistently keeps abreast of the current science in her field, and the products related to the disorders she treats. She is highly knowledgable! She always goes the extra mile to help her patients. She often gets prescription drugs covered that have challenging insurance barriers. I would rank her as one of the top Psychiatrist in Charleston and highly recommend her!
I have had a wonderful experience at Stillpoint Psychiatry. I have seen Sara Marcino MD for several years and have appreciated how kind, knowledgeable and accessible she has been. The new office staff is so friendly, and I couldn't recommend them more.
The office manager chose to cancel my appointment the night before my appointment as they were unable to reach me by phone. They called me 3x between 5:28pm and 5:33 pm. I didn’t answer because I was just getting my kids home from school. My new patient paperwork had been completed for weeks. I had confirmed via email. I had corresponded with his office no less than 5 times.
