I have lived here for a year now. Absolutely love this place!
I have lived here about a year and a half. I love the community feeling here. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Maintenance has always been fast to respond and take care of any issues that arise. The pool, fitness room, and walking path around the property are fantastic. There is a playground for the kids, tennis courts, dog park that is fenced. My all time favorite thing is the screened in patios and balconies. Apartments are spacious and rent is very reasonable.
I've lived at still meadow for 2 years now and I have to say its one of the best in Wilmington! (I know because I've done a lot of research and stayed at many others) they didn't hike up the price of rent like many other places in the area and the pool, gym, and fitness trail are all really well kept and great perks. The maintenance and office staff are always on the ball when it comes to taking care of issues. I would highly suggest stopping by the office to check it out if you are looking for a place.
Great complex....have lived here over 8 years and it just keeps getting better & better. The upgrades - apartment, fitness center, bike barn, etc. have been awesome. You can't ask for a better staff - office & maintenance - courteous, accommodating and repairs usually done in a matter of hours - from the time of the request. Great location - close to everything.
What a Great Apartment Community! The Office and Maintenance staff are professional, friendly and kind. The grounds are always kept neat and clean. Ample parking, lovely neighbors and an overall sense of respectful calm. I would recommend this Community to anyone!
I have lived at Still Meadow Village for over a year now, and I am very pleased. The office and maintenance staff have always been very accommodating, friendly and with professionalism. Any maintenance requests that I have made was taken care of in a timely manner. I have good neighbors, I feel safe and comfortable and I love my apartment.
