Horrible. After being asked the C19 questions, I was escorted to my chair. I pulled out 2 pictures of the haircut I wanted and asked the stylist if she could do it. She said yes. I had shoulder-length hair, all one length (no layers). The style was short with choppy layers. So the stylist said she needed to straighten my hair before cutting.
