im surprised by these reviews. i got my nails done there once and the base was AMAZING, lasted me months. kept doing refills over and over and they still remained stuck on my nails. the design itself wasnt that great and the person who did them was a bit rough handed (middle aged man), but that BASE? they dont play!
Oh my god horrible horrible horrible customer service they try to push their mistakes on you. Its unfortunate how bad their service is
got a pedicure with Thao aka Mia . the pedicure was extensive with cut, file, cuticle remover, exfoliating, massaging, polish.
