A friend from Tampa was.ridi g out the storm here in Miami and wanted a Stihl chainsaw to take back home with them. Other local retailers showed they had som on-line, but did not in person. This location had the chainsaws in stock and was able to take one back up to Tampa with them.
They really don't care worst customer service I have seen. If you want to get ripped off and get an attitude as well , that is your place. Went there because it was close , but ended up finding another place that cares and makes you feel good . Stay away.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Stihl Store, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were knowledgeable and eager to assist me.
