The staff were efficient and thorough. Dr. Garett Stigall took time to answer my questions and concerns. He gave me an update on her surgery and called that night to make sure my daughter was doing well, even though everything went smoothly. Could not ask for a better experience!
This young Dentist had a bad attitude. I did not allow him to do the extraction. Would not recommend.
I had very disappointing visit. Waited over an hour. When called back, no on told me their names or explained what was going to happen . Dr. Stigall mumbled seemed to not be sure which tooth. When pulling tooth he was rough. He said he was through & walked out of room.
The office staff and nurses are great! Dr. stigall is rude and spent all of 20 seconds if that long at my follow up .. I wasted 45 minutes driving there for a 20 second check when I told him I was having a throbbing pain in my left side almost 2 weeks after extraction. He just said come back if it don't get better.. Well obviously but he could have looked and saved us both the time. Never again!
It is obvious that Mr. Stigall is in this for the money only. Mr. Stigall spent 5 mins with me and scheduled surgery. My 15 mins surgery cost well over $1K to for a tooth removal. Before proceeding with the next step, an implant, I got a 2nd opinion and they offered much better explanations, what my options were, and what the pros and cons were of the options with widely varying costs.. I sure am glad I did. The office staff indicated this happens regularly and offered an appology at least.
