Their warranty department has horrible customer service. A woman named Jayla hung up on my Husband when he asked to speak to her manager. She also was unable to answer any questions about a handrail that was supposed to be installed two days ago, it wasn’t ordered timely, nobody communicated anything so we missed work for no reason, and there’s no ETA for a new handrail. I would not recommend working with this company.
