Owner Todd T. was very rude and unprofessional! After signing contract to pay for work completed at the end of each week, Todd then demanded more payment before work was completed (i.e. we were paid up to 80% when only half of job was completed). When the workers could not finish ceiling skim coat and had to replace the ceiling sheetrock to get it right, Todd demanded full replacement cost up front by email invoice before workers would return to job even though we were over 30% paid ahead on the whole job.
