I was sent here for a ref inspection after taking my car off Paid Non Operation, I was not ticketed. They have no clue what they are talking about, from hoses to my downpipe. They have delayed me getting my tags FOR MONTHS NOW, and are trying to force me to buy a brand new downpipe from subaru! It's insane, I am using my original downpipe and my vehicle passed the test!
