Andrew expertly manages to handle multiple tasks, always aiming to promptly and effectively resolve any issues. After all my years living in Condos, I can honestly say this property management company truly knows what they are doing. They have been the most professional company. All of us on the board have felt we made the best decision. The advice we have been given is invaluable. We haven’t felt this taken care of in years. Our building is definitely in good hands.
I hope I can rate 0 star. St.George Property Management is the worst. Their property manager Andrew does not follow up any of your request. Their account manager Shreeti K never returns your phone calls or emails. You don't know where to pay the fees. Shreeti K.just mails you fees as she wants, destroys people's credit.
Pleasure dealing with management. They are very responsive to any requests and questions.
I am currently living in one of building St.GPM manage, last week there was leaking from the unit from above, I contact manager who address quickly and kept me updated the whole time. I would like to recommend St.GPM to everyone.
