Husband went in to pick up a card and open online account the nasty woman behind the counter was completely rude and got even more rude as my husband's anxiety grew she could see he didn't know what he was doing computer wise but offered no help at. He ended up walking out not getting anything done because of the lack of people skills of the nasty piece behind the glass.
I have just been into my local branch at Batemans Bay where normally I get great service from very nice ladies. Today was the absolute opposite. A new woman served us and she was abrupt to the point of rudeness and barely helpful. Very disappointing.
