Received a garnishment judgment in the mail from Sibley County Minnesota called the bank that was listed on the paperwork and I had never had a account with this bank or a credit card or anything of that nature this establishment is fraudulent and they will just put names of banks on anything review review review if you get a letter from this office, do your due diligence to make sure that they’re not scamming you
They caused a lawsuit. I have no employment so they could not garnish any wages. I do not own anything so that is not a viable route for them. This is notice: the judgement has been made. I have found out that if you leave a message they will call you back the next day(especially if you say in the message you want to pay something) but they'll be rude, hostile and hang up on you after not listening to what you're trying to say.
I just got papers in the mail saying they are going to garnish my wages... I don't know what credit card this is for or anything.. I am so sick of these threats. Should I be worried that will garnish my wages? If they do this it will leave me nothing for two weeks, since I get paid every two weeks. I have tried to call and no answer. Not sure if I should be concerned or what.
Website looks like it’s from 2007. Attempted to pay my debt but site is showing my account doesn’t exist. They make it impossible to pay. I want to settle this as it’s all on me but they’re making it extremely difficult.
