Sign a lease anywhere else, if you are unfortunate enough to get stuck here get copies of everything and communicate only through email as you will need it for all your disputes, which will drag across several days as the office is almost impossible to reach by phone and emails get responses in 1-2 business days if they feel like responding. Mr Reed you indeed only owe us $226.. For not giving a 60 day notice. I have emails , over 10 that clearly shows we kept in contact within 1 day. We have pest control every Thursday in which after looking through log you never took advantage of. You did receive all copies of your lease in a folder at move in as we do all residents. I am sorry your stay with us was unpleasant as we try to make everyone happy. Please be advised that $1000 is false information.

I would highly recommend renting from Stewart way everyone here is very nice and friendly I was truly blessed to be able to find my first place in Georgia seeing I relocated from up North it was a nice easy transition thank you very much I now have a place to call home
Amazing staff. Affordable housing
I’ve lived at Link Terrance for over two years and overall had a great experience. The rent is inexpensive for this area. The staff is very nice and always available to be help when needed. The other residents are also nice and considerate about their noise level. The only noise you may hear is the traffic on Hwy 84. The apartment I am in is outdated however I know they are updating the apartments.
Wonderful apartments with low rent. From the ladies in the front office to the maintenance guys everyone there were always so nice and helpful. I miss living at Stewart Way very much, they make you feel welcome there
This was a great first home for us! We lived in a one bedroom apartment. It was a tad small and a little outdated, but they're making improvements on them. Maintainence was always super prompt and they always fixed the problem. The ladies at the leasing office were always a pleasure to work with and they're extremely sweet! The location itself is quiet and only a half mile from Fort Stewart's main gate. Sad to be leaving!
