Stewart title handled our closing. We provided proof of property taxes paid for the closing. The county website did not reflect receiving the payment yet. Stewart Tito stated they would hold the property check in escrow and send to me when the county website reflected the payment we made. Instead, they and went ahead and sent the property tax payment after they assured us they would not.
