I trust Dr Smith , he is very knowledgeable , he studies your file before he comes in to see you. He takes time to listen to you and he then answers your questions and tells you what options there are .
Dr. Stewart Smith is an amazing Doctors. He is not a Dr. that just just sends you straight to surgery. He cares works with you & makes a plan that will be best for your body. He did surgery on my neck! He did a great job. Now he is helping me with my back. I trust him!
My aunt was having back surgery on Feb 10th, 2020. Dr. Smith, talk to me in one of the private rooms. Dr. Smith stated that he had to pull out from completing my aunts surgery and that she had too much scar tissue, which he hit her spine and that it will leave her semi paralyzed. Well, it most definitely left her semi paralyzed. She walked into the hospital on Feb 10th, 2020 and left out the hospital a moth later in a wheelchair. Folks read these reviews for your sake and your family sake.
Dr. Smith was a horrible doctor. He used me as a ginny pig. Because of him I had to have two more back surgeries to repair what he had done wrong the first time. He told me he was going to do one thing and when asleep under the knife he did another surgery and failed at that. I'm NOT the first patient he's done that to and will not be the last I promise that!!
I had back surgeries in 1997 and 2004. I was in my early 50’s. Dr. Smith was my surgeon both times. He never pressured me to have back surgery. He always said: when you and your wife have prayed enough and when you have had enough of the pain, THEN we will talk surgery. And just before surgery, he asked me if he could pray with me. My visit was absolutely Awesome. The staff was incredible. Dr. Steward Smith is Awesome. He’s honest very caring, listens and explains everything about you and answers all of your questions. I’d definitely refer him to anyone. Thanks so very much for our wonderful visit yesterday.
If I could leave zero stars I would have done that. Smith performed 3 back surgeries on me and all were failures. Before the third surgery he assured me it would be successful. I realize now he was saying something he could never live up to. I definitely don’t recommend this doctor and would encourage others to stay away from him. In addition, his PA (Gavin) was impatient and rude. This doctor recommended a treatment that, if I had not inquired about it, could have stopped my pacemaker.
Years ago dr smith was my sergeon on 4 different occasions , all is still doing fine with no pain!! he is a wonder doc and person.
