Friendly atmosphere
He checked head to toe, took his time and answered questions, asked questions and spent ample amount of time with me.

Dr Smith looked me in the eyes as he spoke to me, even though nothing had changed since my initial visit with a PA, I felt seen and understood my condition a lot more than I did the first visit. He has, a kind and understanding air about him. Very reassuring.
I’ve seen Dr. Smith twice and most recently did a review of an MRI. He was so thorough in explaining my condition and explaining the options I have for medical treatment. He explained in detail the procedure we agreed was the best for me. It gave me so much confidence in continuing with the procedure I will have in the near future.
I recently had 2 MRI's of my upper and lower spine done. Dr. Smith reviewed them with me this week and pointed to an area that could be contributing to my muscle weakness. He will schedule me for surgery on my L-2 vertebrae in early January. I'm optimistic the procedure will help alleviate some of my muscle weakness.

Dr. Smith spent 45 minutes, very patiently, explaining every option available to me. The staff & nurses are great.
The office staff was friendly. Doctor Smith was friendly and explained everything so that I could understand. Wasn't rushed.
