We had a slight leak on the floor around our water heater. After two service plus visits from Center Point Energy, it still wasn't fixed. It was suggested that we should have an expansion tank installed by our plumber. I called Kent at Stewart Plumbing and explained what I had been told. Kent said, "You do NOT need an expansion tank! I could come out and replace your water drain valve, but would have to charge you. You are paying for service plus. Tell them to do their job and replace the drain valve." They installed the water softener in the house we purchased. We called them to have them come service it - they took our name and never called us back. Great service!
Called this morning with water softener questions and concerns. Kent in the office was super helpful and arranged for Andy to come out this afternoon. Andy was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. We discussed our current concerns and also walked through some bathroom and shower remodel questions and found Andy most helpful! We will be using Stewart Plumbing and Andy for all our plumbing needs in the future. So happy with our experience!
