Very frustrating experience. The website makes it seem like visitors can pay to use the pool, but when we arrived there was no office, no attendant, no posted payment option, and no clear instructions anywhere. The gate was locked, so we couldn’t get in at all. If the pool is residents only, that needs to be stated clearly online. If visitors are actually allowed, there should be a visible and accessible way to pay. The current setup is misleading and inconvenient.
