Buyer Beware...well Seller beware on this one. Signed contract with Chad last year to sell our home. After it was listed, Chad was working with the buyer, and had Jeff take over my end of the sell. He suggested that I give the buyers 5k for the list of repairs they were demanding. Which I did. He then told me to put 10k into an account at closing for any issue that might arise when the septic was inspected after closing. Which I did.
