I had a brand new heat pump system installed in 12/14; Christmas Eve to be exact, the installation came with an annual check-up free of charge. I did not elect to use the service during 2015, and when I called to schedule an appointment this year (2016), I was told it was still free even though a year had passed; I had a credit for 2015! We had our heater and AC installed yesterday. Jr and Paul arrived on time and were very much the professionals during the installation. They were very hard working and we felt very confident in their skills. They kept us apprised on how long it would take them to complete the job. They took the time to show us how to work the controls. We would recommend JR and Paul, along with Stewart Heating and Air. Excellent company for your heating and AC needs. We are glad we selected them to do this work for us. Thank you!
After 50 years of service, I have no complaints. Always prompt in answering a call for service Repairmen kind and helpful.
I find I can trust Stewart Heating & Air to determine my a.c. or heating problem and solve it. Both Alfred and Don have performed maintenance and repairs, honestly, efficiently and left me with an understanding of the issue.
Sergio was very polite and tried to contact my landlord to get permission to complete the job but unfortunately they didn't answer. He was very apologetic and informed me that he would continue to try and would get back to us to complete the repair as soon as they gave him permission.
With a mini hit wave expected for next week, I decided now was a good time to have my A/C unit tuned up. I hadn't used Stewart Heating & Air before, but I remembered them from an Amazon Local ad I saw a while back and gave them a call. Sergio arrived within the stated time, was courteous, professional, and neat. He explained at every step what he was doing and gave the results of the readings he was taking.
