Dr. Placer is the best. He always knows what to do to help me with managing my pain. He is kind and never yells at me like other pain management doctors. He doesn’t belittle you but helps you to understand what is taking place to cause your pain and how we can minimize or eliminate your pain.

22 years ago when no other surgeon in Orlando would touch me because I had been ruined by previous surgeries he performed surgery on me and saved me from a life of terrible pain. 5 years ago having been diagnosed with a back issue he took a quick look and told me I had a necrosis in my hip, which was correct and I had my hip replaced. I had an appointment and 2 days before thd appointment they told me it was with another doctor. My mother in-law is there now it is an hour and a half and a different doctor showed up. 2 hrs past her appointment and still waiting for Dr Placer. If we are 1/2 hr late they cancel and charge us for an appointment. Just not fair.

I just love Dr. Placer but man does he need a new office staff or better training for them. They have no clue what they are doing and you have to explain everything to them. Also when you call for a script refill be read to call many times and cross your fingers you get the refill. And if you call with something and they need to talk to somebody else don't believe them when they say they will call you back by the end of the. I am still waiting on my end of day call back and it has been a week.

I have been going to Dr. Placer for several years. I was a women that was very active, a runner and biker. I have scoliosis and I needed a care plan that would help me to be able to do things I like and want to do. Dr Placer did that I don’t run any more but, I bike and swim. None of that I would be able to do without the guidance of him. I also learned that we need to be happy in where we are in life, our bodies change and we need to adapt. Thank you Dr Placer for all you do. … JH

Staff is very courteous. Doctors are great. Medical assistant Edwin was awesome throughout the visit and procedure. Overall 5 stars. I understand now why it is so busy all the time.

The worst staff in the world, without education and the rudest front desk, When I arrived on time for my appointment, they told me that the doctor did not come, they did not even bother to call to cancel, and he said it in a rude and impolite way.

Dr Placer is excellent,his older staff is excellent,BUT,some of the new staff (a PA ) need to go back to school . Her rudeness ,inability to be bothered to read medical notes leaves a lot to be desired.She informed me that after years of seeing Dr Placer I would be starting all over at square 1 . I sincerely hope Marybeth is no longer there.Rudeness to the ultimate

I have left several messages for a refill and my pharmacy has also for one week several calls…no response.Called the Dr office today and was told that the office had clinicals all day and did not answer the phone,that this was their policy.She also very rudely told me that NO Pharmacy had called them,nor had I and she was going to fire me as a patient as she had that authority.This was 1:30pm EST today. The pharmacy has stated that they can’t send a fax to the office( it isn’t receiving messages) and they have had no returne... read more
