I would like to share the worst new care purchase experience I have ever had, I've purchased many new cars in my life. This boarders on criminal. My wife and I stopped by Stewart Chevrolet to see their Suburban inventory, we were meet by a young man who offered to show us a Highlander sitting in the showroom. I was warmly greeted to my scheduled appointment with a service advisor and was on time. There was a detailed diagnostic procedure to figure out why my car was sending me alert messages. The problem was discovered and repaired in a timely manner, and I was on my way. Very pleased with the professionalism of the service staff.

My visit last year to upgrade to the Equinox EV didn’t go very well. My visit this time turned out perfectly.
My car was towed here due to another dealership rendering my car undrivable. They were extremely rude and unprofessional, and demanded I pay them to fix a problem that was created by another GM dealership. They were not willing to work with or even guarantee if the money I paid would correct the problem. Total scammers, do not do business with this dealership!
