They did a great job. Called to confirm the appointment and let me know they were on the way.
I had my carpets "cleaned", my air ducts "cleaned", and my dryer vents "cleaned" (well that's what I was told)- Thank God I had my inspector come by to check out some other small issues I noticed in moving into my new home. I asked him to check out the ducts I had just had "cleaned" by Stewarts Carpet Cleaner because my dryer still wasn't getting my clothes dry. I thought I might need a new dryer.
